Our large, dedicated team of professionals are at your disposal to ensure a trouble free purchase. Our architects, engineers, electricians, legal team, designers and after sales staff are there so the whole process of purchasing can be handled "in house" if you wish.
Each property is built on fully approved land after permission has been granted by the local council. Roads, footpaths, mains water, electricity, telephones and sewers are installed prior to the start of construction thus ensuring that when you take possession of your home all facilities will be available when you move in.
Importantly, every property comes with a comprehensive 10 year construction guarantee, guaranteed freehold title deeds and the property fully registered in your name at the property registry.

Buying with us is extremely easy. The whole building process is organised by our offices in Spain. In the first instance we will obtain building permissions and licenses from the local town hall. We have our own team of architects and engineers who will begin the laying of foundations and begin construction. During the construction the properties are regularly inspected for quality control. Once the property has been finished and inspected we will obtain the final habitation license which is granted by the town hall after a thorough inspection of the property and services available. |

All of our reservation documents are clearly written in English and include the full description of the property you intend to purchase, its size, orientation and internal specification. The payment dates of the stage payments you have chosen and the guaranteed completion dates are also included. The facilities of the development are also included and you will receive a detailed site plan showing swimming pools, parking areas, communal gardens and the location of your property and your neighbours. These documents are extremely detailed and ensure you will receive exactly the property you wanted. |
